Houdon 12 White Thomas Jefferson Bust

Jean-Antoine Houdon, the leading portrait sculptor of his age, had an uncanny ability to infuse his sculptures with the personalities of their subjects. This bust is a superb likeness of Thomas Jefferson when he was minister to France. Jefferson apparently thought well of the sculpture because he acquired a copy that he brought back to America. Our adaptation is cast in high-density composite resin. 12H with a white finish. Made in the U.S.A.
