DESCRIPTION

The Olive Tree (Hinakaze), belonging to the Oleaceae family and scientifically known as Olea europaea Hinakaze, is a beautiful and hardy plant that originated in the Mediterranean region. Known for its elegant, silvery-green foliage and the potential to produce olives, this tree is an excellent addition to any garden or indoor space. The Olive Tree thrives in full sun, requiring bright light to grow healthily. In Singapores tropical climate, it needs moderate watering about 2-3 times a week, with care taken to ensure the soil is well-drained to prevent waterlogging. The Olive Tree (Hinakaze) is moderately easy to care for, making it suitable for those with some gardening experience. It is drought-tolerant and generally non-toxic to pets, though it is best to prevent pets from ingesting large amounts of its leaves or fruit. This tree prefers well-drained soil and plenty of sunlight but dislikes overly wet conditions and poor drainage. With its classic beauty and manageable care requirements, the Olive Tree (Hinakaze) can bring a touch of the Mediterranean to your home or garden.
