The dwarf peach (Prunus persica Bonanza) is a small peach tree. In the spring the branches of Prunus persica Bonanza are covered with beautiful pink blossoms. The flowers are quite large and perfume the air with a subtle fragrance. The flowers are pollinated by insects, after which the yellow-orange fruits develop. Peaches can be harvested in the summer. They have a slightly hairy skin and delicious juicy flesh. In addition to the fragrant blossom, delicious peaches can be picked in the summer, around August. Let the fruit ripen for a while, because then the taste will be even more sweet.
