Begonia Rex

The Begonia Rex, also known as the King Begonia, is a dazzling houseplant celebrated for its vibrant, intricately patterned foliage. With a variety of colors, from deep purples and reds to silvers and greens, the Rex Begonia is a true showstopper that adds dramatic flair to any indoor space.

Light: Thrives in bright, indirect light. Avoid direct sunlight, which can scorch its delicate leaves. Low light may dull its vibrant colors.

Watering: Keep the soil evenly moist but not waterlogged. Allow the top inch of soil to dry out between waterings. Overwatering can lead to root rot.

Humidity: Prefers high humidity. Mist regularly or place the plant on a tray of pebbles and water to maintain optimal moisture levels.

Temperature: Enjoys warm indoor temperatures between 1824C. Avoid cold drafts or temperatures below 15C.

Care Tip: Use a light, well-draining potting mix, and fertilize monthly during the growing season to encourage healthy growth and vibrant foliage.

With its bold, colorful leaves and relatively easy care requirements, the Begonia Rex is a fantastic choice for adding texture and personality to your indoor plant collection.
